André Garrett joined Cliveden House from one of Mayfair’s most celebrated restaurants to open a spectacular dining room that carries his name. Inspired by the culinary classics, he has passionately reworked dishes and carefully crafted some new signatures. Each one is meticulously conceived then cooked with modernity and finished with André Garrett’s defining lightness of touch.
1pm Ryan Simpson Chef Proprietor of Orwells
Fresh from his heat in The Great British Menu, Ryan will be demonstrating his signature dishes from Orwells, The Good Food Guide’s Editors Choice Restaurant of the Year 2017. This restaurant in Shiplake has achieved 3 Gold Stars in the Sustainable Restaurant Association for being a champion of sustainability, as well as 4 AA rosettes.
2pm French Patisserie
Are you inspired by Bake off Crème de la Crème? Come and watch Colin Grossi, Cliveden’s head pastry chef showcasing his skills live.
3pm Fine Dining at Home Tarik Ramjaun,
Lecturer in Culinary Arts and Professional Cookery will demonstrate how to have restaurant quality food at home.
